1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We collect data you voluntarily provide, depending on the form or service you use:

• Contact and leads: name, email, phone/WhatsApp and message.
• Free resources: name and email to deliver the resource and relevant communications (with your consent).
• Bookings / assessment: contact details, goals and, if applicable, physical metrics you share.
• Coaching clients: data needed for your plan (training, nutrition and tracking).
• Site usage: technical and analytics data (page views, device, approximate city) if you accept analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to: answer inquiries; manage bookings and coaching; deliver downloaded resources; send relevant commercial information only if you consented when downloading or subscribing; improve the site with analytics; and meet legal obligations. The main legal basis is your consent and/or performance of a contract or pre-contract request (Panama Law 81 of 2019 and Executive Decree 285 of 2021).

4. Technology providers (Firebase / Google)

We use Google Firebase and Google Analytics to host, authenticate (admin area), store data (Cloud Firestore / Storage) and measure traffic. This involves international data transfers to Google infrastructure (e.g. the United States) under those providers' security measures. By using the site and/or accepting analytics, you authorize this processing as described here.

5. Retention

We keep leads and contact data while a legitimate business or follow-up relationship exists, or until you exercise your cancellation/unsubscribe right. Analytics records are kept according to Google Analytics settings and our service-improvement needs.

6. ARCO rights (Panama)

As a data subject you may exercise Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition and Portability free of charge. We will respond within ten (10) business days of the request, under Law 81 of 2019. You can:

• Immediate lead/marketing opt-out: use the Unsubscribe page (deletes lead records linked to your email).
• Other ARCO requests: email joelalvaradofitness@gmail.com with your name, email and the right you wish to exercise.

7. Security and no sale of data

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, Firebase security rules, HTTPS). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing. We only share what is necessary with providers that help operate the service (e.g. Google/Firebase, messaging).

8. Minors

Services are intended for adults. If you are a minor, do not submit personal data without a parent or guardian supervising.
